Admins can reset teacher and family passwords right from their dashboard. This is useful if your teachers or families are having issues signing in due to changed or forgotten passwords.

On each teacher and family account page you'll see the Reset Password button at the bottom.

Click the button to reset the account password back to the default, which is the first name, lowercase.
