Q: A video lesson isn’t the same value as an in person makeup.
With LessonMate, families are getting something of value every time they miss, no limits, no matter what reason. None of the hassles of rescheduling and no loss of student progress. Everyone stays informed and families get value for money spent.
Q: Do we need to give advance notice to get a LessonMate lesson?
We don’t require any advance notice of a miss - tell us a week ahead, the day ahead or even no-show, the teacher will wait 5 minutes then start on the LessonMate lesson.
Q: Do I need to download an app?
No. You access LessonMate from any web browser on desktop/laptop or mobile. You’ll get your sign in details by email when your teacher sends your first lesson.
Q: Do I need to sign in to the software to view every lesson?
Nope! The lesson email you receive contains a link that takes you directly to your lesson - no sign in required! If you want to see previous lessons or edit your name or email information, you will need to sign in.
