Exporting your Opus1 data for import into LessonMate is easy!
All we need is your Subscriptions Report and your Staff List.
Export the Subscriptions Report
Go to Reporting > Subscriptions
Make the following settings (shown in the screenshot):
Add columns for Primary Staff, Session and Status
Set Filter status to Active
Check Membership only
Check Appointment/sessions only
Finally hit the "Export CSV: Selected Columns Only" button.
The CSV will contain all your active students, their family details, primary teacher and any classes they're assigned to.
Export your Staff List
Go to Staff > All Staff and hit the Export CSV button.
When you have the CSV lists just drop them into the chat widget.
That's all we need to import your data! 🙌
