Sometimes you need to share URLs (links) with your teachers or students. You can do this by using the Link upload tab.

On the New Lesson or Library page, hit the + NEW button to show the upload widget, then click the Link tab to see the link form.

Enter the link name and the link URL, then hit Add Link.

Note: URLs must be valid format and start with "https://". Copying a link from most places (the browser address bar, YouTube, Google Drive, etc) will be the correct format.

After you create a link upload you will see a screenshot of the link.

You can fave, rename and delete links just like any other upload.

Instead of downloading a link, you open it in a new tab by clicking the 'open' icon.

Create reusable links for anything - recommended products, shared documents or folders, cloud storage, great videos or performances. Anything you can link to online!

Note that some destinations like cloud storage might require the viewer to sign in to access the content. For those type of links we cannot provide accurate screenshots.
