If you're experiencing issues recording video in Google Chrome, or your recorded video has no sound, you may need to allow access to the camera and microphone.

Note: Sometimes an update to your operating system or to Google Chrome will require you to allow permissions again, even if they were working before.

To check the camera and microphone permissions in Chrome click the settings icon next to the address bar.

If you don't see entries for Camera and Microphone you need to set up permissions. Click on "Site settings".

On the site settings page select Allow the Camera and Microphone entries.

Back in the LessonMate tab, when you refresh the page. Click the settings icon again and you should see entries for Camera and Microphone.

You should now be able to record video, with sound, in your browser! πŸŽ‰Β
