If you're using LessonMate on an Apple iPad or iPhone you may see this dreaded error message when using Safari. It's a common problem, especially with older iPad models.

You're most likely to see this error when trying to use the camera to take a photo or record a video in lesson, although it can crop up anytime.

Fortunately there's an easy fix. You just have to clear the web browsing history:

Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data (right at the bottom)

Now you should be able to take photos and record video directly into your lessons quite happily on your iPad or iPhone. πŸŽ‰Β
