If you're having trouble recording on your laptop/desktop, try these fixes:

  1. Make sure you are using LessonMate on a Chrome Browser (only if you are accessing your account on a desktop or laptop computer). If you do not have Chrome, here's the link to install:
    https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html

  2. If you are using Chrome and are still having issues, make sure your chrome browser is the latest version. To check, do this:
